In a day and age where customer service sucks, these guys are leaders, not followers! I tend to be picky/particular, especially with my cars; however, these guys treat you and your car with so much respect that you don’t have to worry at all. Excellent workmanship. No corners cut. Zach and the crew not only did a bomb job on my disgustingly filthy interior, Zach was professional, and because he was more concerned with doing the job right over my attempts to rush him I ended up with a super clean fresh car, like new!. The relief I felt, sitting down in this freshly-detailed car... I just don't have the right words to express how good it felt to have an interior so clean and fresh.
I mean, before I booked an appointment, it was such a mess. The car had pet hair everywhere and a foul mystery odor from a past owner. I searched for hours to find a well-rated detailer who would answer their phone, email, anything. Steel City Auto Spa was the ONLY one who responded in a timely manner and with confidence that they were up to the task.
Now I admit I'm a little beneath their usual lineup of sports cars and fancy trucks, but I figured if people trust them with their most expensive machines, then I can trust them with my boring $10k sedan. And let me tell you, these folks were PROS.
They went DEEP on these seats and killed that odor for good. They handled old adhesive on the dash like it was nothing. And of course they left the carpets spotless. Everything's clean, and now I can finally feel good about being inside this car. Massive thanks to Brett and friends for the hard work it took to get this great result.
